How Walks Sheet Works
Each hitter is scored on walk rate (BB%), chase rate, and zone-swing% over a rolling window, then crossed with the opposing starter's BB/9, first-pitch strike rate, and zone%. A + Matchup tag means the hitter sees a top-quartile walk profile against today's starter. Sourced from MLB Stats API and Statcast.
