Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of betlogic.ai and all associated tools, content, subscriptions, and email communications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Ultra Rare Inc. (operating as BetLogic), a corporation in Ontario, Canada ("BetLogic," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. We apply a single minimum age of 21 across every part of the Service, which is at or above the legal sports betting age in every jurisdiction we serve, including Ontario (19) and every US state (18 or 21). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where sports betting or related content is restricted, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We do not verify your age, location, or eligibility, and the Service is offered where it is lawful to do so.

2. Nature of the Service

BetLogic.ai provides data-driven sports analytics and research tools across Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Hockey League, and the National Basketball Association. These include statistical boards and player prop research for markets such as home runs, strikeouts, walks, stolen bases, touchdowns, passing and rushing and receiving yards, receptions, shots on goal, goals, points, rebounds, and assists; matchup and box score tools; a published record of how past boards performed; a bet builder and card builder; and daily email and social summaries of the same material.

The Service also provides one-tap handoffs that pass a selection you have made to a third-party bet-slip service or sportsbook. BetLogic does not accept, place, process, or settle any wager at any point. Any bet you place is a transaction between you and that third party, under their terms.

All content, picks, rankings, and projections are:

• Based on publicly available sports statistics and algorithmic models, and generated automatically rather than written by an analyst except where expressly stated.
• Provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Statements about what has already happened, or model estimates, and never a prediction or promise of what will happen.
• Not a guarantee of any outcome, financial return, or betting result.
• Not the advice of a licensed financial advisor, sports betting professional, or regulated gambling service.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed on the Service. Sports data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Prices and lines shown are the last captured snapshot and are not a live quote; the price available to you at a sportsbook may differ.

Any published record of past performance describes outcomes that have already occurred, under the methodology stated on the page where it appears. Past results do not indicate future results.

3. Affiliate Disclosures

BetLogic earns money when you act on links and buttons on this site. Specifically, BetLogic.ai contains paid affiliate and partnership links to:

• Pikkit (including its QuickPick bet-slip service), which powers the bet-slip handoffs throughout the Service.
• Sportsbooks, including FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, and Caesars.
• Whop, for subscription purchases.
• Other promoted products from time to time, which are labelled where they appear.

We may earn a commission or other compensation if you click these links and sign up, deposit, or make a purchase. Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings, data, or editorial content, and no third party pays for placement on a board.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you may create using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of the email account used to access it. You must not share, sell, or transfer your account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting privacy@betlogic.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use is unlawful or abusive, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, any unused portion of a paid subscription is handled under section 6.

5. Email Subscriptions

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive daily sports analytics digests and related commercial communications from BetLogic under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send a confirmation request first and only add you once you confirm. Every commercial email includes a functional unsubscribe link and our postal address. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

BetLogic may offer a paid subscription ("BetLogic Pro"). Where it does, the following apply.

• Merchant of record. Payments are processed by Whop, not by BetLogic. Whop's own terms and privacy policy govern the payment itself, and BetLogic does not receive or store your card details.
• Price and interval. The price and billing interval of each plan are shown on the Pro page before you purchase, and again at checkout.
• Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, its length is stated before purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and the plan price is charged.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing interval, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will give you notice before any price change takes effect for your plan.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal link provided on purchase and in your account, or by emailing legal@betlogic.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the interval you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds. Amounts already charged are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or where we choose to grant a refund at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact legal@betlogic.ai and we will review it.
• What you are buying. A subscription buys access to research tooling. It is not a purchase of picks, outcomes, or any financial return, and no outcome is guaranteed.

7. Referral Programme

We may offer a referral programme that rewards you for introducing new users. Where it is running, these rules apply:

• You receive one free month of BetLogic Pro for every two referred users who activate. "Activate" means the referred person creates an account through your referral link and then uses the Service on at least two separate days. Rewards are granted at every second activation, not at odd numbers.
• A reward is held for 14 days before it is applied, so that cancellations and reversals can be accounted for.
• A maximum of 10 rewarded referrals per person per calendar quarter.
• Self-referral is not permitted. Referring accounts you control, or accounts created to collect a reward, voids the reward.
• We may withhold or revoke a reward where we reasonably believe the programme has been abused, or where a referred account is refunded, closed, or found to be fraudulent.
• We may change, suspend, or end the programme at any time. Rewards already applied are not withdrawn except in the cases above.

The programme is not a contest, sweepstakes, or game of chance. Every reward is earned deterministically by meeting the conditions above.

8. User-Submitted Content

Some features, such as the card builder, let you supply an image, a logo, or text ("Your Content") and combine it with BetLogic material to produce something you can save or share.

Your Content is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Where a feature retrieves an image from a third-party service at your request, we may cache that image temporarily to serve it back to your browser.

• You represent that you own Your Content or have the rights necessary to use it, and that using it on the Service does not infringe anyone's rights.
• You grant BetLogic a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and display Your Content for the sole purpose of providing the feature to you. We do not use Your Content for marketing or any other purpose.
• You must not supply content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexual, or that impersonates a person or organisation, and you must not use another person's name, likeness, logo, or branding without their permission.
• We may remove content and withdraw access to a feature at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on BetLogic.ai, including text, graphics, tool designs, rankings methodology, email copy, and code, is the property of Ultra Rare Inc. or its licensors, protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Team names, league names, logos, and player images that appear on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. BetLogic is an independent research tool and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any league, players' association, club, or athlete.

10. Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material available on or through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@betlogic.ai, or to the postal address in section 17, including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

We will review complete notices and remove or disable access to material where appropriate. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or harvest content from the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our ranking algorithms or tool methodology.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Canadian or local law.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our servers or infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or publish our data, boards, or outputs as your own, or as part of a competing product.
• Use the Service if you are under 21, or in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ONTARIO LAW, ULTRA RARE INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSSES FROM SPORTS BETTING OR WAGERING DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON OUR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF CAD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under Ontario consumer protection legislation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultra Rare Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Responsible Gambling

Sports betting carries financial risk. The sportsbook's margin is built into every price, and most bettors lose money over time. If betting stops being fun, or if you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help:

16. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service contains links and handoffs to third-party websites and services, including bet-slip providers, sportsbooks, and payment platforms. We have no control over their content, pricing, availability, or practices and accept no responsibility for them. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

17. General

• Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Where a change is material and affects a paid subscription, we will give notice before it takes effect for you. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, without prejudice to any right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of your own place of residence where applicable law gives you that right.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder continues in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Survival. Sections 2, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 17 survive termination.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and BetLogic regarding the Service.
