These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of betlogic.ai and all associated tools, content, and email communications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Ultra Rare Inc. (operating as BetLogic), a corporation in Ontario, Canada ("BetLogic," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age to use this Service (consistent with the legal age for sports betting in Ontario). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where sports betting or related content is restricted, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. Nature of the Service
BetLogic.ai provides data-driven sports analytics tools including home run probability rankings, strikeout picks, walk probability tools, stolen base trackers, and box score summaries. All content, picks, and rankings are:
- Based on publicly available sports statistics and algorithmic models.
- Provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- Not a guarantee of any outcome, financial return, or betting result.
- Not the advice of a licensed financial advisor, sports betting professional, or regulated gambling service.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed on the Service. Sports data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
3. Affiliate Disclosures
BetLogic.ai contains affiliate links to third-party platforms including FanDuel and Whop. We may earn a commission if you click these links and make a purchase or deposit. Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings, data, or editorial content.
4. Email Subscriptions
By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive daily sports analytics digests and related commercial communications from BetLogic under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on BetLogic.ai — including text, graphics, tool designs, rankings methodology, email copy, and code — is the property of Ultra Rare Inc. or its licensors, protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or harvest content from the Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our ranking algorithms or tool methodology.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Canadian or local law.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our servers or infrastructure.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ONTARIO LAW, ULTRA RARE INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSSES FROM SPORTS BETTING OR WAGERING DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON OUR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
